So how many times do you talk to yourself? I bet a lot! But what a minute, what are you saying to you?<\/p>\n

We have all experienced some bad situations or failures in the past but this does not define us. Letting go is something necessary, it does not mean though that is a failure.<\/p>\n

We, as women want to be heard, want to be loved, want to be accepted. But again wait a minute. Accepted by who? THE ONLY PERSON YOU NEED TO BE ACCEPTED, IS YOURSELF.<\/p>\n

Ladies love yourself more, talk to yourself more, but please say good things about you, express your honest feelings to yourself and then LET THE MAGIC BEGIN.<\/p>\n

It doesn’t matter if your “small”, it doesn’t matter if you are “big” as you can see from the world outside some small and big women had their moment of glory.<\/p>\n

Here are some of the things I m saying to myself everyday. I’m talking to my cells my beautiful cells that are the ones responsible for my energy levels, my health and my beauty! I keep them safe and protect them from any outsiders, that’s what I do.I love nurturing my body ,my skin and my imperfections!<\/p>\n

So talk to you like talking to your own child! That’s a great idea! That is what you need the most, cause when you are Good, ladies trust me, the whole world around you looks Gooood as well, right?<\/p>\n

Nothing can stop you woman! The world is on your feet!<\/p>\n

Go ahead, make yourself proud and discover a hole now way of loving yourself more!!!!<\/p>\n
