Beauty Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Greet customer at the reception
• Maintain a professional, clean environment ensuring that our guests/members are comfortable
• Fully understand existing treatments and procedures to effectively deliver a world class service
• Book appointments via phone and online
• Ensure that all treatment rooms are prepared and fit for purpose
• Discuss available treatment options with new clients
• Make every customer experience extraordinary, providing a service that sets you apart
• Promote the sale of products available from Hush Boutique Spa
• Handling medical equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Genuine passion for making people feel great and desire to deliver results
• Gentle & empathetic
• An eye for detail
• Great communication skills and a flair for building good relationships
• Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or working towards)
• Qualification and certifications in a range of face, eye and body treatments
• Professional massage skills
• Advanced practical skills for the provision of treatments
• Motivation & drive to learn and progress in the industry
• Patience and the ability to work in a challenging environment
• Teamplayer

Expectations:

• Provide effective customer service
• Become a committed beautician within Hush Boutique Spa
• Administrative tasks such as paperwork, checking and ordering supplies, and keeping records of client’s treatment programmes and medical histories
• Showing flexibility for constant growth and development with like minded team
• Passionate enough to have a chat over beauty treatment and products that are being used
• Staying up-to date with new skincare trends
• Suggesting new techniques and/or products when it is necessary
